We will dive deep into our first chakra, the chakra that relates to security, safety and groundedness vs. anxiety, fear and mental anguish. Through breathwork, asana (poses) and zikr meditation on the Divine, we will move into bringing our neediness to the Divine and experiencing the deep trust in the Divine so that no matter what is happening in the outer world, we are safe, secure and at peace.
